1. The Purpose of Collecting Personal Information

Collected personal information will only be utilized to provide better services, 
  thus the information will not be used for other purposes nor it be provided to the third party without your permission.
  Yet, there will be exceptions in case of the following.

1) If the information is demanded by the relevant organization for the purpose of criminal investigation by the law
     2) If there is a request for the use of the information followed by the procedures set out by the relevant law

In case when the information is newly provided to the third party, we will be sending an e-mail for your approval , 
   which will indicate the recipient, the purpose of provision, and the specific part of the information being provided. 
   No personal information will be provided without your approval.

2. The List of Personal Information Collected and Methodology

GUJU phama. Co,. LTD. is provided with certain parts of the personal information through the suggestion and estimate inquiry menus. 
   In order to access the suggestion and estimate inquiry menus of GUJU pharmaceutical, you are required to write down requested information below.

-Required Personal Information: Name, Corded phone number, Mobile phone number, E-mail

3. The Storage and Usage Period of Personal Information

Some of the information collected will be stored until GamGak Design provides you with a feedback, and will be used for us to provide better services. 
  Once we have completed to provide feedbacks or to meet the purpose of providing information with regards to your registration in the suggestion and 
  estimate inquiry menus, the registered database will be completely deleted thus it could no longer be restored.
